With more than 35 years of business experience, Jerry has learned that service that excels depends greatly on two things: being a good listener and acting in accordance with what is heard. He has pursued education and training to receive the designations of ABR (Accredited Buyers' Representative), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), CRB (Council, Real Estate Brokerage Managers), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute). In addition to serving as the Designated Broker RE/MAX Northwest, he is also a director for the local REALTOR® Association, slated as the President-elect for 2012.

Theresa began a successful real estate career nearly 17 years ago. Theresa joined RE/MAX in 1999 as an agent in the Seattle branch. In 2006 she joined the management team where she has been dedicated to running a high energy office. Mentoring, coaching, teaching and helping agents develop successful business models are her priority.

Since beginning her professional life her career objective has been to assist individuals fulfill their personal potential. That driving principal has been the underpinning of her professional work at RE/MAX Northwest. Theresa graduated with a BA in Psychology from Seattle University and a Master's degree from the University of Washington in Social Work Administration and Policy Analysis. She is past President of the Women's Council of Realtors, Seattle-Metro Chapter and was awarded Broker Manager of the Year in 2007.

Laura joined RE/MAX Northwest in 1995, becoming the Seattle office Branch Manager after 17 years of successful real estate sales. With a history in education and management, Laura works hard in developing and maintaining a strong relationship with her agents.

As a branch manager, Laura has implemented a focus of keeping our agent well informed and updated on current real estate issues. This is accomplished through on site clock hour classes, industry speakers, and monthly meetings.
