Available to solve your technical issues via email, phone, and remote desktop. Timely and knowledgable responses combined with the ability to convert "tech speak" into simple to understand terms will ensure that your technical issues won't keep you from being productive in your business!
Live On-Site Tech Classes
Technical training classes are held in each of our three locations on relevant real estate technologies. Some of the classes include: Agent Website System, BlackBerry Tips & Tricks, iPhone Tips & Tricks, LeadStreet, Design Center, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Outlook, and ToolKitCMA.
Seamless New Agent Transition
When new agents arrive at RE/MAX Northwest, the Technology Specialist helps get all of their technical services transitioned (domain names, website content, email accounts). He also sits down with each agent to go over all of the RE/MAX Northwest technical services available.
