Kijan Bernard : Technology Specialist

We have full time, experienced technical support and guidance in-house. As an employee with RE/MAX Northwest, Kijan serves the technical needs of our offices & agents exclusively. He will help you with website setup & configuration, hardware & software technical support, technical training, and much more. Kijan is also available for special projects, such as virus cleanup, personal computer upgrades/repair, home network configuration, etc. at a reasonable hourly rate.

CMA Creation System

We provide each of our agents access to ToolKitCMA, which is a powerful web-based system that allows you to create branded presentations for sellers (CMA) and buyers. It pulls property data directly from the NWMLS, and automatically merges your personal information into each presentation.

Electronic Fax number

We offer a free RE/MAX Northwest eFax number to each of our agents. You get your own local fax number that automatically delivers all received faxes directly to you via email as a PDF attachment.

Agent Website System

Through our primary broker website (www.northwestrealtors.com) we provide our agents with fully functioning agent websites. Your website provides your clients access to the entire NWMLS (updated multiple times a day), and all leads generated from the site route directly to you. A backend “Agents Only” system allows you to modify your website template, customize the content, manage your leads, and much more.

Mainstreet

Mainstreet (www.remax.net) provides RE/MAX agents access to news, online training, and web based tools. Through Mainstreet, you can access the Design Center, LeadStreet, Agent Training on Demand, Agent/Office rosters, and much more. Once you are registered for Mainstreet, you will receive a “@remax.net” email address that can forward to any existing email account.

Design Center

The RE/MAX Design Center (available within the Mainstreet website) allows you to easily create your own printed (flyers, brochures, postcard, etc.) and electronic (virtual tours, web commercials, etc.) marketing projects. With over 1,500 professionally designed templates to choose from, and more being added, you are sure to find one that fits your needs.

REMAX.COM

REMAX.COM allows consumers to search active listings anywhere is the country. RE/MAX has made REMAX.COM the “call to action” in many of their national ad campaigns (TV, radio, & web), and REMAX.COM is consistently one of the highest visited real estate websites.

LeadStreet

All leads that are generated on REMAX.COM are routed directly to local offices & agents via LeadStreet, with no fees attached. Agent can be notified of new leads via email or text message.

Each of RE/MAX Northwest office has high speed Internet, workroom PCs, WiFi, high quality multi-function machines (laser printer/document scanner/fax/copier), and professional grade phone services (including direct dial numbers & personal voicemail).
